Eeach flat has independent access on the same level, the flats have a large balcony for 2-4 persons.
These flats are suitable for a large family, two related families or friends.
A child's bed is available on request.
There is a car park for our guests.

4 steps lead up to this stylish flat, it has a large fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fridge and freezer, the kitchen leads out to the garden furnished with table, chairs and sun bed all in the shade of an arbour.
The master bed room is tastefully decorated and has a double bed.
A large living room with fireplace and 2 beds (total 2 + 2 beds) and satellite TV;
The bathroom has bath, shower and hot water.
The apartment have independent central heating, a outside private parking.
We supply all bed linen and towels which are changed weekly, more frequently if requested.
Please bring your own beach towels.

- Price for apartments are for a minimum stay of 3 nights in low season and for minimum 6/7 nights in high season. (cleaning not included ). Ask the management for other arrangements, even with WhatsApp (0039 3288646955 );
- Apartments can be occupied after 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the morning of departure.
- Bookings are accepted by sending a deposit of 30% of the total cost (minimum 100 €) within 7 days. The booking is valid only after receiving the deposit which musbt sent as soon as possible either by bank transfer

. The deposit can be paid back only if the cancellation is received 4 weeks prior to arrival date with 30% fine.
- Late arrivals and early departures for any reason (damages, bad weather, illness, robberies,etc.) are not management responsibility, therefore the amount due is for the entire period booked. The amound must be paid in cash on arrival for the whole booked.
- The kitchen of the apartment must be left clean especially the dishes, pots etc., otherwise the management will charge you an extra sum of money.
Prices might vary depending on tax policy in force.
